This is the only way to submit to Moon City Review\u2014USPS submissions will neither be read nor responded to.\u00a0Since submissions are open\u00a0year-round, response times may be slower in the summer.<\/p>\n<h3>Fiction<\/h3>\n<p>Authors are limited to one story (up to 8,000 words) or three shorts per submission. Simultaneous submissions are acceptable if prompt notification is given through Submittable of its acceptance elsewhere.<\/p>\n<h3>Flash Fiction<\/h3>\n<p>Authors may submit up to three pieces of flash fiction at a time, and each piece should be no more than 1,000 words. Please submit all pieces in a single document. Simultaneous submissions are acceptable if prompt notification is given through Submittable of its acceptance elsewhere.<\/p>\n<h3>Poetry<\/h3>\n<p>Authors are limited to six poems total per submission period. Please submit poems in a single file.\u00a0Simultaneous submissions are acceptable if prompt notification is given through Submittable of the poem&#8217;s\u00a0acceptance elsewhere.<\/p>\n<h3>Creative Nonfiction<\/h3>\n<p>Authors are limited to one essay (up to 8,000 words)\u00a0or three shorts per submission.\u00a0Simultaneous submissions are acceptable if prompt notification is given through Submittable of its acceptance elsewhere.<\/p>\n<h3>Graphic Narrative<\/h3>\n<p><em>Moon City Review<\/em> now welcomes submissions of short-form, literary graphic narrative (fiction, nonfiction, poetry). Please keep submissions to eight pages maximum. Black-and-white submissions only. Submit in .jpg, .tiff, or .pdf format.
